Peninsula Engineering provided complete engineering design and specifications for the multi-year construction of this resort. Caribe Royal consists of 1,260 guest rooms in 3 high-rise towers, a separate 90,000 sq ft reception and restaurant building, along with several meeting rooms, administration offices, laundry facilities and a convention center with over 400,000 sq ft of space. The resort also incorporates kitchens that are designed to accommodate fine dining meal service for 3,500 guests, as well as a large pool area with theme rock and landscape features.
