Church Street Station

Peninsula Engineering provided mechanical system design to convert the facilities' existing three chiller plants to a district chilled water system. The project required strategic pumping systems for separate campus loops and system operating pressures to adapt aged air conditioning units to chilled water. The total connected load is 1100 tons.
