Colonial Bank Operations Center

Peninsula Engineering provided mechanical and electrical design for this 27,000 square foot building with an 8,000 square foot data center. The design for the computer room included 100% redundancy on HVAC and standby generator capacity and uninterruptible power supply. Humidity control, lightning protection and a FM 200 pre-action fire protection system were designed to help protect sensitive electronic equipment.
