Florida Hospital Altamonte, Central Energy Plant (CEP) Annex

Provided design for a new CEP Annex to supplement the new 72 bed, patient tower featuring two shelled patient floors. A new 2000A normal service distributor with a rollup generator for manual connection was designed for the new 750 ton chiller and 500 hp boiler. Systems were also designed to interconnect the new Annex with the old CEP for redundancy. Services included extensive fieldwork study, fault current calculations, breaker coordination, equipment connections, construction administration and AHCA standup reviews and field inspections.
