Frenchman's Cove Resort

Peninsula Engineering provided design for the MEP/FP systems on all buildings, as well as site high voltage power distribution and a site wide fire pump system. Frenchman’s Cove is a 13 acre, partial ownership resort and is located near Charlotte Amalie, overlooking St. Thomas Harbor in the U.S. Virgin Islands. At final build-out, there will be 10 buildings consisting of 220 two and three bedroom guest units, two swimming pools with amenities, a marketplace with bar, grill and retail, a kids club, and check-in facility.
