Orlando Utilities Commission North Plant

Provided design for OUC’s 12,000 ton central energy plant to serve their downtown district chilled water loop. This included an initial capacity of 3,000 tons and is designed to be expandable to 12,000 tons. This design utilized state-of-the-art primary and secondary pumping systems with variable speed modulation and connection into the utility’s overall control system by linking multiple plants together for system optimization.
