Pirates Adventure at Safari World

Peninsula Engineering provided mechanical and electrical design for the approximately 20,000 square foot themed adventure ride in Bangkok, Thailand. The project design included significant interface between the ride and show features such as trams, pyrotechnics, audio animatronics and audio and lighting effects. The design included: an HVAC system based on chilled water air conditioning systems; plumbing design for water features and fountains; pneumatic design for special effects, life safety lighting, fire alarm systems, theatrical lighting and lighting controls. Power design required emergency power for the entire building as well as uninterrupted power supplies for audio animatronics computer systems.
