Peninsula Engineering, Inc. provided mechanical and electrical design for this high end dining experience. The kitchen represented a display cook line with many challenges to accommodate the themed attraction interiors. The volume of guest dining areas also represent several challenges for proper temperature control. Peninsula Engineering, Inc. also provided support for themed lighting design as well as power distribution and plumbing design.
