Peninsula Engineering provided complete MEP design for the rehab and expansion of the existing Wolfgang Puck Express. The expanded facility provides a new 1,200 sq. ft., 64 seat, indoor dining area, previously allocated for outdoor dining. The existing facility received all new cooking equipment as well as a new walk-in cooler.
