Performing engineering calculations such as voltage drop, fault current, load analysis, and lighting/photometric studies to ensure safe, reliable, code-compliant performance.
Developing electrical infrastructure for attractions and entertainment venues, including emergency and standby generator systems, UPS systems, and specialized transfer equipment.
Producing detailed construction documents and coordinated drawings using AutoCAD and Revit in heavily integrated, multi-disciplinary project environments.
Collaborating directly with owners, creative teams, architects, and attraction/show vendors to translate creative intent into practical, safe, and maintainable engineering solutions.
Coordinating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), theme-park facility engineering teams, and plan reviewers to navigate unique codes, standards, and operational requirements.
Conducting field verifications, site surveys, and construction administration for both active attractions and new installations.
Creating one-line diagrams, equipment schedules, power system narratives, and electrical service sizing/designs specific to complex entertainment environments.
